Being simple, I will be using only one camera/lens combination.
I want to see how far I can go with this combination:
Body: Canon EOS 5D Mark II
Lens: Canon 100-400mm IS II USM
Filters: HOYA HD3 UV
Promaster Digital HGX CPL
I will not be using a tripod or photoshop.

p.p.s (12/7/19) a while ago I added a new filter to my kit: B+W Stern 6X Cross Screen (otherwise known as a starlight filter)
Also I now use an iPhone 8
Update 1/2/21: I held out as long as possible, but I was missing too many shots. I bought another Canon EOS 5D Mark II body with a (relatively) low shutter count. Just to spice up the adventure I ordered off of Ebay from a Japanese merchant. Turns out it was no adventure. The body is fine. I added a lens I had lying around: Canon 24-70 f2.8 L USM w/ Promaster Digital HGX Protection filter.
Oh, and that Photoshop thing. I started using it.
